In his role as head of Client Service, Dwight has responsibility for new client implementations as well as ongoing service to clients already processing on Innovest's systems.
Dwight has spent his career years working with financial services firms assisting them with project and product management, new systems implementations, infrastructure enhancements.
Prior to joining Innovest, Dwight worked as an independent consultant, applying his specialized knowledge of global trust accounting systems and industry experience to large bank system conversion projects. As a consultant, Dwight provided expertise on system functionality, managed projects, and worked with development staff on requirements for

Before working as an independent consultant, Dwight was with Fiserv Investment Support Services, where he was a Business Applications Technical Analyst. At Fiserv, Dwight was responsible for various aspects of project management as it related to acquisitions, system conversions, internal development projects, and accommodating new business onto existing trust platforms.
Dwight has a B.A. in Business Administration/Finance from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado.
