Prior to becoming CEO, Glenn spent 5 years as Chief Operating Officer at Innovest. Before Innovest, Glenn worked for J.P. Morgan as vice president of product and platform for the Trust and Estates business. His prior experience includes managing director of Trust Services at Charles Schwab where he was responsible for the launch of the trust outsourcing business as well as product development and trust operations. Prior to his work with Charles Schwab, Glenn held management and operational positions at Innovest and SunGard Data Systems Inc.
Glenn received his Bachelor of Science in computer science from the University of Scranton.
Warren has over 25 years of experience in the financial services and technology industries. Prior to his work with Innovest, Warren served as President and CFO of Archimedes Systems Inc, a technology company focused on college and retirement planning solutions and led the company to a successful sale to Wealth Management Systems Inc. (WMSI) in 2012. Warren spent the following years as the CFO of WMSI, a leading automated rollover and retirement solutions firm which was acquired by DST Systems Inc. in 2015. After the acquisition, he stayed on for one year to manage the integration of WMSI’s finance and operations into DST. Prior to this, He spent more than ten years at Forrester Research Inc., a technology research company, as Corporate Controller, Director of Finance, and CFO.
He began his career at PWC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and also spent four years as Audit Manager of MacDonald, Levine, Jenkins, an accounting firm.
Warren earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, followed by a Masters of Science in Taxation from Bentley University.
Maryanne has over thirty-five years in the financial services industry. She currently manages the sales and business development strategy for Innovest's Trust and Wealth Management Systems division.
Maryanne joined Innovest after acting as Sungard Wealth Management's Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations. There, she was responsible for the service, development, implementation, and operations of all wealth management end products. Prior to that, she was group president of Sungard Trust Systems where she was responsible for overseeing business strategies for Global Plus, AddVantage, and Charlotte.
Maryanne is a graduate of Villanova University.
Joanne has more than 30 years of experience in operations and technology in the financial services industry. Joanne leads Product, Technology, and Operations for Innovest and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Innovest, she spent 15 years with Zurich Insurance Group in a variety of operational and management positions including Chief Operating Officer of Zurich Alternative Asset Management. Most recently she served as Managing Director and Head of Finance and Investment Services at ZIG, where she was responsible for the development and implementation of a proprietary suite of investment applications and providing value-added tools and training to the global investment organization.
She began her career with Premier Systems where she progressed through increasingly responsible roles spanning all aspects of product development, client support, and project management for their global trust accounting platform. She has also held account management positions at SEI and client facing roles with JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University.
Michele has over 27 years in the financial services operations industry. She currently leads the Managed Services division for Innovest providing customer solutions and support for trust accounting and operations, custody, unique assets processing, paying agent and call center solutions.
Prior to joining Innovest, she spent 24 years working for Unified Trust Company, NA, an independent trust company in Lexington, KY. She helped guide the company through transition from an RIA to a national trust company and performed key management roles, culminating in her appointment as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for operations, information technology and retirement plan recordkeeping. She helped lead the development and deployment of an innovative software product that performed tailored asset/liability matching retirement plan solutions for the discretionary trustee daily recordkeeping market.
